Product Description: The 4 smallest sizes are considered toddler (those come with a backstrap), then they are considered Big/Little kids sizing. If a child no longer fits in the kid's 4-5 size, they should fit in the women's medium (6.5-7.5). Kids' sandals do not have an arch, as little feet do not quite need them yet.
